Dream Foundation

We work with the Dream Foundation to make dreams happen for adults facing life-threatening illnesses. Below is a recent dreamer, Chelsea C, who wrote a letter and shared photos from her dream trip to Disneyland with her family, where they also stayed at Ramada Maingate at The Park.

Illumination Foundation

This year Ramada Maingate at The Park donated a two night stay in one of the beautiful Three Room Suites to raise funds for local homeless families.

World Vision

Ramada Maingate at The Park currently sponsors ten children across the world through World Vision. It’s our goal to make a positive impact on the lives of others not only in Anaheim but in other places of need. Here are some of the Annual Progress Reports we have received. We love getting mail like this and knowing how our children are doing!

Plan USA

Ramada Maingate currently sponsors eleven children across the world through Plan USA. They work to bring lasting improvements to the quality of life for children in developing countries by enabling children and their families to participate in society. “Because I am a Girl” is a Plan USA cause that creates awareness to the struggles that many girls face from birth around the world. They have worked in countries like Egypt and Sierra Leone to  create better lives for girls who would normally face poverty and harm during their whole lives.

Mercy Corps

Ramada Maingate at The Park donates money every year to Mercy Corps. Recently we donated to Nepal’s 7.8 earthquake that occurred on April 25th and also on the most recent 7.3 earthquake that occurred on May 12th.  We hope our donations will relieve some of the pain that the people of Nepal are having to face.

Key Incentive Donation

When guests do not return their key, we charge $1. During the month, employees anonymously nominate someone for outstanding achievement in specific areas. Out of that pool of employees, a name is drawn, and the winner gets to choose a charity or organization that they would like the money to be donated to.

For the month of December our wonderful and humble employee, Marisol, won and chose to donate the money to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. St. Jude has the world’s best survival rates for some of the most aggressive cancers. They are leading the way in treating and defeating childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

Marisol is an awesome team player, always in a good mood and goes above and beyond.  And she is also an excellent cook! Thank you Marisol for being a great employee and role model at Grand Legacy At The Park and for donating to such a great cause.  We are proud to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital!
